DELIVERY – PICK-UP
Upon receipt the customer must have::
- Valid driver’s license. Minimum age of drivers is 23 years for small cars A, B, C and the license must have been issued 1 year before. For large cars, category D, C, Automatic, etc. the driver must be over 25 years old, and the license must have been issued 2 years before. Residents of foreign countries must bring with them a European or international driving license.
- ID passport
- Credit, debit card or cash for payment. Payment must always be made at the start of the car rental. A credit card is also required to use it as collateral.
Upon receipt the customer must also::
Check the delivery check form to confirm any existing damage. The vehicle is delivered full of fuel. When returning the vehicle, the external and internal condition of the car is checked by a responsible person of the company, as well as the fuel level which should be at the point where it was at the time of receipt of the vehicle. On delivery / return: :

ADDITIONAL GUIDE
All additional drivers must have their names registered at the start of the car rental so that they are covered by the lease. The first additional driver is FREE. The second additional driver is charged 3.50 euros per day.
USE OF A CAR
The tenant is obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The tenant must take care of the car for its mechanical condition (oil, water, tires). In case there is any indication that affects the use of the vehicle, please inform our company immediately.
KILOMETERS
Reservations with less than three days have a kilometer limit (150 km / day). Additional kilometers are charged at 0.30 / km.
PET POLICY
We allow you to transfer your pet to the rental vehicle upon request, at no extra charge, provided that your pet will be kept in a special cage or box. For reasons of hygiene the vehicle must be returned to its original condition and in case of need of biological cleaning you will be charged with the amount of 60.00 euros.
EXTENSION OF VEHICLE RENTAL TIME
Minimum rental period is one day (24 hours) from the time written in the contract. In case you wish to extend the rental of the vehicle for a longer period of time than the original agreement, you should contact our company 48 hours before the end of the rental, so that your contract can be renewed, if possible.
In case of return of the vehicle in less than agreed time, the difference remains in favor of the company.
Delay of more than 2 hours and up to 6 hours is charged with 50% of the daily charge. Delay of more than 6 hours is charged 100% of the daily charge.
FAILURE-MECHANICAL PROBLEMS
In case of damage or technical problem, please call our company. We will send an engineer to evaluate the problem as soon as possible. If the damage cannot be repaired immediately we will replace your vehicle. If we find that the technical issue arose from abuse or non-compliance with the terms and conditions, we have the right to pick up the vehicle without replacement.
ILLEGAL ACTIONS
In any unlawful act or traffic violation that entails fines, you are solely responsible for the financial or other administrative settlement. Our company will let you know where you can pay your fine.
In case it is not paid by you and our company needs mediation to pay for it, there will be a charge of 25.00 euros in addition to the cost of the violation. (Violation management costs). your.
PLATE REMOVAL
In case of removal of license plates, the tenant will be charged for the rental, until the receipt of the license plates by the competent service.
ACCIDENTS
In case of an accident::
- Contact our company immediately.
- Contact the nearest traffic police
- Contact your car insurer.
- Take as many photos as you can.
- Get the names, addresses and telephone numbers of those involved in the accident.
- Keep copies of all relevant documents that you will be asked to complete (this will be required in case you need to make a claim).
- Do not move the car before the accident and the insurance company representative arrive at the scene of the accident.
