The minimum age for car rental is 21 for a simple passenger car categories (A, B, C) and 27 for the remaining katigories.O tenant must have received a driving license for at least 12 months.
ON THE RECEIVING CUSTOMER MUST HAVE:
- Valid driving license (issued at least 1 year ago). Residents of foreign countries should bring with them a European or international driving license
- Identity – Passport
- Credit Card (any type of security you choose).
ON THE RECEIVING CUSTOMER MUST:
Check its delivery check form to confirm any existing damage. The vehicle is delivered full of fuel. On returning the vehicle, the vehicle’s external and internal condition is checked by a person in charge of the company, as well as the fuel level, which should be at the point at which the vehicle was picked up. If for any reason the fuel is low, the customer will have to pay the corresponding amount of fuel.
All additional drivers must have their names registered at the start of rental car so that they are covered by the lease agreement. The additional driver is FREE.
Payment must always be made at the start of rental car, either in cash or by credit card. The driver will not have to pay more than the price agreed on the Booking Confirmation, provided that he does not wish to change anything in the reservation.
Reservations with less than three days are limited to kilometers (150 km / day). Extra mileage is charged at € 0.30 / km.
The car should be delivered to us as you received it. In the event of damage to the car such as dirty seats or burned, damage to radio cd and loss of them is the tenant responsible and charged accordingly.
In any illegal activity or traffic offense punishable by fines solely responsible for the financial or other administrative arrangement is the tenant.
EXTENSION OF THE VEHICLE RENT TIME
In case you wish to extend the vehicle rental for a longer period of time than the original agreement, you should contact RENTAL – CARFLY 48 hours before the end of the rental so that your contract can be renewed if this is possible.
If the vehicle is returned in less than the agreed time, the difference remains for the benefit of the company.
Delay longer than 2 hours and up to 6 hours is charged at 50% of the daily charge. More than 6 hours delay is charged 100% of the daily charge.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Cancellation is possible if it is 48 hours in advance of the vehicle’s pre-determined pick-up at no cost. You can cancel your reservation by sending us an e-mail or by calling us at the company’s phones.
MECHANICAL PROBLEMS / ACCIDENTS
In case of breakdown or mechanical problems:
Call us immediately. We will take care of the repair or replacement of the vehicle.
In case of an accident:
- Contact local police (100)
- Take as many photos as you can.
- Keep copies of all the relevant documents you will be asked to fill out (this will be needed if you need to claim)
- Contact your car insurer (contained within).
